Our Team
Empire Roofing & More was started by Roman Iwanyshyn and JB Barentine. To Roman, communication is key. His experience honed his ability to create affordable solutions for the most challenging of situations, flexibly achieving the best outcomes for customers regardless of their budget. As Chief Satisfaction Officer, he is tasked with leading Operational Management and Customer Facing roles for the company.
An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in new construction, remodeling, and restoration, JB thrives to beat business goals, fueled by the fire in his belly to not just satisfy customer needs but to guide employees as well to achieve their best capabilities. He offers full commitment to customers to fulfill all agreements, exceeding expectations where possible to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. JB’s roles are related to the leadership, operational, and business development aspects of the company.
